All your dipped nail queries answered!
Don't panic! From time to time the brush on the Base and Top Coat can go hard due to the product being used on an activated nail before the Activator has fully dried.
It is easy to resolve this problem by placing the hardened brush into the Brush Saver and the fresh soft brush from the Brush Saver bottle into either the Base or Top Coat bottles.
It is important to ensure you dry the fresh soft brush on a piece of kitchen towel or a lint free wipe.

Our products can be sensitive to room temperature which can effect the curing or drying time.
When using the nail dipping system, ensure your environment is ambient temperature. If the room is too cold or humid it can affect the drying time.
After completing step 2 and activating the nails it's time to buff and shape. Once you have your desired finish it is important to reactivate the nail to ensure the base resin cures.

We recommend two methods to remove dip powder nails
1. Cotton in foil
- Soak cotton with acetone and place on each nail
- Wrap the cotton in squares of foil
- Leave your nails in the foil pockets for 10 minutes
- Using a cuticle pusher or nail file remove softened resin
- Repeat the process if necessary to remove all of the excess resin
- Moisturise your nails with your preferred cuticle oil
2. The Soak Method
This is our preferred method!

Dipped powder nails can last 3-5 weeks depending on nail care and natural nail growth.
As with anything in life, if you take care of your nails they will last longer.
To avoid discolouring or ware and tare, we recommend finishing your dip powder manicure with a final layer of clear. This will provide a protective barrier to the coloured dip.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days after the order is placed. Please note customer orders may take longer processing time.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. UK delivery usually take 1-5 business days. For international orders items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
For any shipping enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once receiving your fresh Dip powders, we recommend giving the powders a good shake. Our powders go through stringent quality checks and are made in small batches in able to have consistent quality. As we use natural earth pigment where possible, the pigment may clump in your jar. Nothing a good shake or rub together in a sandwich bag won't fix.
If your powder is dipping streaks, please replace the lid and give the powders a good shake. If the powder continues to apply with streaks or uneven colour, please send an image to admin@dippeduk.com. One of our friendly customer service team will be happy to help.

We have some incredibly talented brand ambassadors that use Gel and regular polishes to create beautiful nail designs.
If we don't have a colour you LOVE in stock or as an available product. You can apply clear dipping powder and shape your nail. Finish it with your favourite polish.
Are we missing a colour? Let us know! We are always looking to expand our range.
Our postal and shipping services are generally very good.
Our items are packaged according to shipping regulations and have the appropriate hazardous warning label on. As a result the products arrive in good order.
Should you order arrive and a product is damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged packaging, a picture of the damaged product and send it to admin@dippeduk.com within 48 hours. We are here to help and will assist you with any queries.

What is an Open Box?
Well, many of you gorgeous ladies like to order a few times a month. To save on your shipping, and to do our bit on reducing packaging and for you to not have to explain all the pink packages arriving to the other half, we will consolidate your orders for you.
On the website there will be two new shipping options available;
OPEN BOX - You will notice this will be free shipping. You process your order as normal, pay for your product and we will pick your order into a box. Throughout the month, or however long you choose to wait, you can hop on the website and add a powder to your box by checking out as normal and selecting open box so you aren't charged shipping.
SHIP MY OPEN BOX - This is for you to let us know that you want your dips to create some gorgeous mani's. You will be charged regular shipping at checkout and we will get your pink package out to you!
Some things to note;
If your order hits £50.00 after discounts, we will automatically apply free shipping and send your package out to you!
Subscribers - You can add powders/ products to your subscription. Checkout using 'OPEN BOX' and we will add your powders to your next subscription box to save you the postage.
60 Day limit - Whilst we would love you to continue to add to your box, we have to be logistical our end. If an open box has not been checked out within 60 days of your first purchase, we will refund the items and return the stock to the picking stations.
